Assessing Monthly Participation Fees
If your organization charges a monthly participation fee, the Welcome Home Database can help automate the process. The Auto-Charge feature will assess charges for all your residents. By default, the charge amount is set by the location. However, individuals can have a custom participation fee associated with their residence that will override the location default.
To apply monthly charges, select:
You will be presented with recent months. For months that haven't been auto-charged, you can click the charge icon:
Charges are then applied, and you will see the associated residents and their charges:
