Life Coaches
Life Coaches are an essential part of the Welcome Home Collaborative. Coaches are assigned to program participants. They conduct periodic sessions with their participants, and log the accompanying session reports in the database. The coaches also assist their participants with assessments and life plans.
Note: there are two types of accounts in the WHDB: admins and life coaches. Admins have access to all areas of the program, and can also act as life coaches. Users with a life coach account are limited to only seeing areas within the WHDB related to their assigned participants.
